We know that we have been driving close to the river but it seems a stone wall
usually blocks our view of the Naval activities along the Penfeld. After
Patrick finds a parking place near the old "Fountain House", Keith goes through
a gate which leads to a stairway. While Patrick reads an interpretive
sign, Keith ascends the steps to get a view of the river below.
